Shipping policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 6–15 business days after shipping, depending on the destination. Some destinations — for example Brazil, remote areas and islands — can take longer (up to 20–60 days for Brazil). These are estimates provided by our shipping partners and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show the first update.

Multiple items

If you order several pieces, they may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You will receive tracking for each package.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the country of dispatch may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These charges are set by local authorities, are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.

Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
